1. Nature of Services

The services offered on this platform are digital and subscription-based, including premium memberships, in-app features, and other virtual services. Once activated, these services are delivered instantly and are non-tangible in nature.

2. No Refund Policy

As per applicable Indian consumer laws and standard industry practice for digital services:

We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial usage of services
• Unused subscription periods
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction
• Lack of matches or connections

This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for digital services.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by:

• Accessing their account settings, or
• Contacting customer support

Cancellation will:

• Stop future billing
• Not affect the current active subscription period
• Not result in any refund for remaining time

4. Trial & Promotional Offers

• Free trials or promotional plans, if offered, are provided for a limited period.
• Once a trial ends and payment is deducted, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
• It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment deducted but service not activated

Such issues must be reported within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

6. Service Modification or Termination

If a user’s account is terminated for violation of:

• Code of Conduct

No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact us before raising a chargeback with banks or payment gateways. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

9. Taxes & Fees

All applicable taxes, including GST, are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal courts.
